Project Overview
Our relationship with US Radiology Specialists is a perfect example of a valuable partnership rooted in trust. Over the years, we’ve worked with US Radiology across a host of strategic media services, including livestream technology strategy and implementation, production, and video marketing.
Client
US Radiology is partnering with the best of the best: top private practice radiology groups, best-in-class outpatient imaging operators, and leading health systems. All are leaders in the field of radiology, consistently at the forefront of clinical and technological advances. Sharing best practices, US Radiology will elevate patient care across our national network. Our quality program ensures that our physician partners are setting the standard in our field: providing top-level, evidence-based care and generating the highest quality outcomes. And our diagnostic imaging facilities are state-of-the-art.
Audience
There are two core audiences that we’ve done work for, for US Radiology. For our livestream and tech strategy work, our audience is their internal team spread across the nation at US Radiology.
Second, we’ve created marketing content to help best position US Radiology as the premier place to be for new and upcoming radiologists entering the workforce.
Approach
The various projects we’ve conducted with USRS required a few different approaches.
First, we conducted a livestream out of a remote studio location that was broadcast to their entire company nationally, for an annual commercial sales meeting that included audience interaction, live graphics, and a multi-camera (4) setup.
We worked with AR Entertainment to bring stage, stage lighting, and a large LED wall to display slides. Over multiple days of testing and practice, we were able to successfully broadcast their executive team’s presentation to over 1000 employees all over the country.
We also remotely facilitated US Radiology’s quarterly town halls throughout 2022 – broadcast to their entire company across the country.
While our team worked to increase employee engagement through livestream for USRS, we also worked to create two marketing showcase stories – one for their National Physician Summit and one for recruiting new and upcoming radiologists. Both pieces had us travel all over the US visiting their various radiology practices to interview physicians and get their perspective on the state of radiology, how USRS does things differently, and why US Radiology is an amazing place to be.
